Filtration

Filters are used as barriers to remove contaminants.  Filtration is the process of separating suspended particles in a transporting media, where the media is often water, air, or a critical fluid (e.g., oils, chemicals).

Depending on the application, you can isolate either one or both of the components.   KLINGER IGI often receives requests to fabricate custom air filtration parts for an OE or Tier 1 manufacturer's air product or major assembly.

Klinger IGI often receives requests to fabricate custom air filtration parts for an OE or Tier 1 manufacturer's air product or major assembly.

Particulate air filters, for example, are designed to separate and remove solid particulates (e.g., dust, pollen, mold, bacteria) from the customer's air product, using materials that are often fibrous or porous (e.g., foam, fiberglass, synthetics).  The type of air filter material selected depends on the application.

Let us apply our precision parts fabrication capabilities to help cut and assemble custom filters that meet your filtration needs.

Since KLINGER IGI is a premiere filtration manufacturer, we source a variety of filtration materials in sheet and roll form, there are many choices available to capture the different types of recirculated particulate matter
