The value of our U.S.A. location is revealed in our ability for frequent collaboration and responsiveness to new customer requirements.  Because of this, we are faster in converting customer ideas into solutions to today’s complex technical requirements and compressed product launch timelines.  Additionally, all production processes are AS 9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Serving the USA from the USA

KLINGER IGI offers precision material conversion capabilities at its AS 9100D, ISO 9001:2015, and ITAR registered manufacturing facility in Oregon.

Our manufacturing facility is conveniently located to serve customers in the western United States.  The factory possesses material conversion and parts fabrication capabilities that are tailored to the wide range of specialty parts we produce for the many markets we serve.

Our sales teams are located in Seattle, Portland, Boise, Salt Lake City, and Mobile.  They and our application engineering staff interact closely with customers to understand the technical and delivery expectations for every custom part we build.  Additionally, this interaction encourages open dialogue to uncover solutions to complex material selection and substitution, parts inventory, or product revision challenges that customers may encounter during a product's life cycle.

Precision cut parts and custom gaskets are our specialty

The products KLINGER IGI manufactures often perform vital sealing functions in vessels that store, valves that control, and pipes that transport fuel, hydraulic fluids, chemicals, water, gas, pressurized air, steam, and exhaust in aircraft, spacecraft, vehicles, nuclear vessels, and (of course) industrial facilities.

KLINGER IGI is an established precision parts fabricator and custom gasket manufacturerWe are a recognized quality source for precision cut parts for OE and Tier 1 manufacturers in highly regulated industries – particularly parts used in commercial aviation, defense aerospace, power generation, conventional automotive and EV, and medical and scientific equipment manufacturing.  We use our CNC waterjets, lasers, flash cutters, and high-speed die cutting machinery to fabricate custom gaskets from an extensive range of raw materials.  And besides equipment manufacturers, we also serve large industrial facilities like waterworks, chemical factories, oil and gas plants, and fossil, nuclear and alternative power generation plants with specialty gaskets.  Plus, as a "material agnostic" converter, we can – when you approve – source and cut your custom part using qualified materials from multiple manufacturers – always with an eye to optimizing performance, delivery time, and price.

So if you need help in selecting the best gasketing or sealing material, or are seeking a top fabricator to produce your custom designs, we welcome you to contact us.
