Serving the USA from the USA

KLINGER IGI offers precision material conversion capabilities at its AS 9100D, ISO 9001:2015, and ITAR registered manufacturing facility in Oregon.

Our manufacturing facility is conveniently located to serve customers in the western United States.  The factory possesses material conversion and parts fabrication capabilities that are tailored to the wide range of specialty parts we produce for the many markets we serve.

Precision cut parts and custom gaskets are our specialty

KLINGER IGI is an established precision parts fabricator and custom gasket manufacturer.  We are a recognized quality source for precision cut parts for OE and Tier 1 manufacturers in highly regulated industries – particularly parts used in commercial aviation, defense aerospace, power generation, conventional automotive and EV, and medical and scientific equipment manufacturing.  We use our CNC waterjets, lasers, flash cutters, and high-speed die cutting machinery to fabricate custom gaskets from an extensive range of raw materials.  And besides equipment manufacturers, we also serve large industrial facilities like waterworks, chemical factories, oil and gas plants, and fossil, nuclear and alternative power generation plants with specialty gaskets.  Plus, as a "material agnostic" converter, we can – when you approve – source and cut your custom part using qualified materials from multiple manufacturers – always with an eye to optimizing performance, delivery time, and price.

So if you need help in selecting the best gasketing or sealing material, or are seeking a top fabricator to produce your custom designs, we welcome you to contact us.

Precision That Enables Innovation: Photonics Manufacturing Components at SPIE Photonics West 2026

When optical assemblies fail due to dimensional drift, contamination, or thermal instability, the root cause often traces back to precision manufacturing components. A single micron-level deviation can cascade into system-wide performance loss—or worse, mission failure. From January 20-22, 2026, engineers, procurement teams, and product development leaders across optics, lasers, aerospace, defense, medical devices, and semiconductor…

Precision That Protects: Why Photonics Demands More

Procurement teams sourcing components for defense and aerospace photonics face a recurring challenge: how do you ensure consistent, mission-critical performance when a single failed gasket or contaminated seal can compromise a multi-million dollar optical system? The answer lies in two factors that keep photonics supply chain managers awake at night: certified repeatability and supply chain…

Why “Good Enough” Isn’t Enough in Semiconductor Manufacturing

For sourcing managers and product engineers in semiconductor manufacturing: In semiconductor manufacturing, precision isn’t a luxury, it’s the standard. For contract manufacturers supporting fabless design or specialized wafer builds, getting it right the first time is what keeps production on track and innovation moving forward. Four Key Challenges in Semiconductor Contract Manufacturing Whether building front-end…
